Chris Costello, DMD
Dr. Chris Costello is originally from Seoul, South Korea, but was adopted and moved to America when he was 5 months old. He spent his childhood in Richmond, KY, before moving to Louisville to attend college. He graduated from the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Biology in 2011, and then continued his education at Louisville’s Dental School, graduating in 2015. He is currently serving as President of the Louisville Dental Society and is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Costello married his wife Hilary in December of 2013. They have twin girls, Sloane and Maren. He enjoys most outdoor activities and is an avid UofL sports fan.
Dennis Price, DMD
Dr. Dennis Price was born and raised in Louisville, KY. He graduated in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt, and then attended dental school at the University of Louisville.
He has served as President of both the Louisville Dental Society and the Kentucky Dental Association. Louisville Magazine has named him a "Top Doc" several times in voting by his peer dentists.
Dr. Price and his wife, Kathy, are the proud parents of four children -- Matt, Meredith, Carmel, Walker -- and currently 13 grandchildren. He loves traveling with his wife, swimming, golfing, and attending UofL athletic events.

Christa Johnson, EDDA
Christa has been with our office for 3 years and has 17 years of experience, both clinical and administrative. She is married and has 2 grown sons, Christian and Caden. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, being in the outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
HYGIENIST
Niki Brooks, RDH
Niki started as an assistant with us in 2011 and continued as a hygienist after graduating in 2014 from Bluegrass Community Technical College. She’s been married to her husband, Kelly, for 25 years and they have two boys, Noah and Jonah. Her passion outside of the office is traveling and hiking national parks.

Kelsey Nelson, RDH
Kelsey started as an assistant with us in 2019 and graduated from the hygiene program at Bluegrass Community Technical College in May 2023. She’s been married to her husband, Cole, for about 3 years and they have two dogs, Tucker and Kevin. When she’s not working, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family.

Laura Rice, EDDA
Laura has been part of our office for 16 years. She’s an essential part of our practice both with assisting in patient care and working with the front office. She and her husband, Stephen, have been married for 41 years. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. When she isn’t spending time with her grandkids, she enjoys traveling and the great outdoors.
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Mandi Boreing
Mandi joined our team in 2021 as a part-time assistant and has since transitioned to full time. She has quickly found a passion for dentistry and enjoys interacting with patients. She takes especially great care of our pediatric patients and works to make them feel comfortable while in the office. She got married in April 2023 to her husband, Andrew. They are both avid sports fans and love going to games together.

Lauren Fuller
Lauren has been part of our office for almost 3 years. She is currently continuing her dental education at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Lauren always enjoys filling in at the office part time during breaks at school. Her favorite part of dentistry is learning new procedures as technology progresses. When she isn’t studying, she enjoys taking her 4 Pomeranians to the dog park.
